redecomp (redecomp.com) is a directory of decompilations, recompilations, native ports and engine rewrites. Browsing the catalog needs no account.

What we store

• When you sign in with GitHub or Google: your name, email, profile picture and the provider's account id. We never receive your password.
• A session that keeps you signed in: a cookie in your browser and, on the server, its expiry, the IP address and browser used at sign-in (for account security).
• The tokens GitHub or Google return at sign-in, stored with your account and used for nothing beyond identifying you.
• A cookie with your chosen language.
• Projects and images you submit, linked to your account, for review by an admin.

How we use it

Only to run the site: signing you in, showing your submissions under “My submissions” and moderating content. We do not sell data, show ads or use third-party trackers.

Where it lives

Data is stored on Cloudflare (D1 and R2), which hosts the site.
